Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to one dollar or the amount you paid to us in the month preceding the event giving rise to liability. Please note that SRLEO is not responsible for any events or occurrences arising from or in connection with the use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from data breaches, security incidents, technical malfunctions, errors, or omissions. Furthermore, SRLEO does not provide any insurance coverage for any potential losses or damages associated with your use of the Services. You are solely responsible for obtaining your own insurance coverage as you deem necessary to mitigate any risks associated with your activities on the Services.

SRLEO and its affiliated parties are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use our Services. This includes all types of damages, even if foreseeable. In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of twenty dollars ($20.00) or the lowest amount allowed by law. Unless otherwise specified in writing by us, our Services and any content provided therein are provided "as is" and "as available" without any kind of warranty, either express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Additionally, SRLEO cannot guarantee that our Services are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free, or that they are free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for assessing the quality and performance of the Services and assume all associated risks.
You agree to indemnify and hold SRLEO LLC. and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with or arising from any third party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, or demands asserted against any of them as a result of or relating to your Content, your use of the Services, or any willful misconduct on your part.
We are not responsible for the Content that resides on our Services. In no event shall we be held liable for any loss of Content. It is solely your responsibility to maintain appropriate backups of your Content. However, in certain circumstances, we may be able to restore some or all of your data that has been deleted as of a certain date and time when we may have backed up data for our own purposes. You further acknowledge that Apple or Google will not be responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging any third-party claim that the app infringes that third party's intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization. We will try to inform you if we plan to do so. No person other than you and us has the right to enforce these terms unless we willingly transfer our rights and obligations under the terms of service to another party. Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms of service, or if we delay in taking steps against you for breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us from taking steps against you at a later date. We work in close cooperation with law enforcement agencies to assist them with ongoing investigations concerning potential violations.
